Krotan was born out of necessity. We were frustrated with the quality and fit of activewear and casual wear for men. Either the quality was subpar, the fit was baggy and boxy, or both. Either way, we were unimpressed. So, we set out to design premium apparel that fits your muscular build with perfection.

We use only the most advanced materials available combined with American handmade craftmanship to create a new standard in apparel. Each and every product is designed with quality, fit, and function as it’s core tenets.

Simply, yes. All of our apparel is designed at our headquarters in metro New York City. All of our apparel is assembled by hand at several factories across the USA using only the highest quality material from across the globe. We have a primary warehouse in Michigan where we store and ship our apparel directly to you.

Our products are made to fit men with athletic physiques better than anyone else and we take great care to stay true to our sizing. Reference our sizing chart by clicking the “Sizing” tab on any product page, or reference our Sizing Guide in the ‘Resources’ section of our website footer. Even if you don’t consider yourself to have an athletic physique, you can expect a great fit from us.

We ship all over the world. Free standard shipping is available in the contiguous U.S. on all orders above $100 U.S. Dollars, including APO/FPO addresses for our armed services members.

Shipping rates on orders outside the contiguous U.S. or below $100 U.S. Dollars are available and calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping times vary based on location and range between 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping is also available to certain addresses. Standard orders placed before 12pm EST will be processed same day. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12pm EST on a Friday, your order will ship out on the following Monday.

Tracking information will be automatically emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Please be sure to check your junk email folder if you have not received shipping details after 24 hours and please note that updated tracking information provided by the carrier may take up to 24 hours to update.

Send your item(s) back within 30 days after the date of shipment to be eligible for refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Just visit our Returns Portal to process your return and our Return Policy for more details.

Exchanges are handled in two steps:

1) Visit our Returns Portal and select ‘Store Credit’ as your return option. Once your returned item is received and processed, a store credit will be issued to you via email; and

2) Login to your account and purchase the correct item using your store credit.

Honest customer reviews provide helpful reference points for other Krotan customers as well as insights that help our team continue to advance our product and service offerings.

Please keep in mind the following guidelines when submitting your review:

- Be helpful and relevant. Content that you submit should be relevant and based on your own honest opinions and experience. Product reviews should be focused on reviews of the product. If you would like to submit a review about any other part of your Krotan experience, please email team@Krotan.com and we will follow up promptly and direct your feedback to the appropriate team member.

- Respect others. Please do not post content that is inflammatory, obscene, not respectful, or intolerable of others' personal beliefs or identities.

- Negative reviews. Krotan stands by our promise to deliver exceptional product and experience offerings. If you post a strongly negative review of a product or experience, we may delay posting of the review for up to two weeks while we investigate and attempt to remedy the underlying issue. All reviews are generally posted within two weeks of submission, with the exception of reviews that violate the other guidelines above.
